Enterprise CRM / ATS / Recruitment Platform
Architecture and delivery for an enterprise CRM, ATS, and recruitment-automation platform — candidate lifecycle, dashboards, reporting, and RPA workflows.
Sanitized professional case study based on enterprise recruitment/search platform experience. Client names, internal data, screenshots, and exact metrics are intentionally omitted; this describes the architecture and my role, not proprietary implementation details.
One-line summary
Solution architecture and delivery for the CRM, ATS, and recruitment-automation modules that run an enterprise recruitment business end-to-end.
Problem
Recruitment operations span sourcing, candidate stages, client management, reporting, and compliance — usually across disconnected tools. The platform needed coherent architecture, a consistent candidate lifecycle, and reporting that operations could trust, while staying maintainable as modules grew.
Solution
A modular platform covering:
- CRM & ATS — candidate and client records, candidate stage/status, and the recruitment workflow from sourcing to placement.
- Reporting & dashboards — MIS, productivity, and pipeline reporting for recruiters and managers.
- Recruitment automation / RPA — job-portal sourcing, advanced search, resume download, candidate attach, and status updates.
Built across .NET and Angular on the front, with PostgreSQL/MySQL, MongoDB, and Apache Solr behind it, delivered through Azure DevOps pipelines.
My role
Own solution architecture, technical planning, sprint planning, developer guidance, code-review support, and release readiness — through requirement analysis, technical design, UAT, deployment, and production support.
Tools
.NET, Angular, Node.js, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Apache Solr, and Azure DevOps for CI/CD.
