Sanitized professional case study based on enterprise recruitment/platform experience. Client names, internal data, screenshots, credentials, and exact metrics are intentionally omitted; this page describes public-safe architecture, responsibilities, and delivery patterns.

One-line summary

An internal desktop tool, built on WebView2/Chromium-based browser patterns, that streamlines recruiter-assisted sourcing and keeps the CRM/ATS updated as recruiters work.

Problem

Recruiters spend a lot of time moving between web portals and the internal CRM/ATS — repeating searches, copying details across systems, and updating records by hand. The manual context-switching is slow and error-prone.

Solution

A desktop application using WebView2/Chromium-based browser patterns that:

  • Recruiter-assisted sourcing — gives recruiters an integrated workspace for candidate search workflows alongside the internal CRM/ATS.
  • Internal workflow automation — reduces repetitive steps in the recruiter's own workflow so the same actions don't have to be redone by hand.
  • CRM/ATS updates — keeps candidate and activity records updated in the internal systems as recruiters work.

The tool supports recruiters working within their authorized systems and internal workflows; it is an internal productivity layer, not a public service.

My role

Solution architecture and delivery: the desktop browser integration approach, the workflow between the embedded browser and internal CRM/ATS services, and guiding the .NET/C#/JavaScript implementation.

Tools

WebView2 / Chromium-based desktop patterns, .NET, C#, JavaScript, and internal REST APIs into the CRM/ATS.

Intentionally omitted

Client names, target sites, credentials, internal data, screenshots, and any operational detail. This page describes a recruiter-assisted, internal workflow tool at an architectural level only.
