Job Portal & Candidate Application Workflow Platform
Candidate-facing job portal and application workflow platform for job posting, candidate registration, job applications, recruiter workflow management, and ATS/CRM integration.
Sanitized professional case study based on enterprise recruitment/platform experience. Client names, internal data, screenshots, credentials, and exact metrics are intentionally omitted; this page describes public-safe architecture, responsibilities, and delivery patterns.
One-line summary
A candidate-facing job portal and the application workflow behind it, wired into the enterprise ATS/CRM so applications become trackable recruitment work.
Problem
A job portal is only useful if what happens after "Apply" is handled cleanly. Candidates need a simple way to register and apply; recruiters need every application to land in the right pipeline with consistent status, instead of arriving as disconnected emails or spreadsheet rows.
Solution
- Candidate experience — job posting, search, registration, and a straightforward application flow.
- Recruiter workflow — applications routed into the ATS with consistent candidate stage/status, ownership, and follow-up.
- Integration — the portal stays in sync with the ATS/CRM so candidate and job data is shared, not duplicated.
Built across .NET, Angular, and Node.js services with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
My role
Solution architecture and delivery: the portal-to-ATS workflow design, data and integration contracts, and guiding the front-end and service work that connects the public portal to internal recruitment systems.
Tools
.NET, Angular, Node.js, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
Intentionally omitted
Client names, portal branding, candidate data, screenshots, and volume metrics. Workflows are described generically rather than as proprietary detail.
