Mobile Workforce & Communication Sync Platform
Mobile-enabled workflows for field/user activity, communication activity sync, location-based activity updates with role-based access, and CRM/ATS integration.
Sanitized professional case study based on enterprise recruitment/platform experience. Client names, internal data, screenshots, credentials, and exact metrics are intentionally omitted; this page describes public-safe architecture, responsibilities, and delivery patterns.
One-line summary
Mobile-enabled workflows that let field and on-the-go users record activity and keep communication and updates in sync with the CRM/ATS, under role-based access.
Problem
Not everyone in a recruitment business works from a desk. Field and mobile users need a simple way to log activity and stay current with the CRM/ATS, and the business needs that activity to sync reliably without exposing more than each role should see.
Solution
- Mobile workflows — lightweight flows for field/user activity that work on the move.
- Communication & activity sync — communication activity and location-based activity updates synced back to the CRM/ATS records they belong to.
- Role-based access — each user sees and updates only what their role permits.
Built with Android, Firebase, and Google Cloud Functions, integrating into the CRM/ATS over REST APIs. Activity and location updates are consent-based, tied to business records, and gated by role — not general user surveillance.
My role
Solution architecture and delivery: the mobile-to-CRM sync model, the role-based access design, and guiding the Android/Firebase/Cloud Functions implementation.
Tools
Android, Firebase, Google Cloud Functions, REST APIs, and CRM integration with role-based access.
Intentionally omitted
Client names, user data, location data, credentials, screenshots, and metrics. The platform is described as a consent-based, role-gated activity/communication sync tool at an architectural level only.
